SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

SHIPPING TIMES
Average shipping time is 5–10 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us at contact@syrcagroup.com with the subject line “CANCEL.”

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours by replying to your order confirmation email. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, and you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
While we package all items securely, approximately 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to carrier handling. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged product

We will replace the item free of charge.
