RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Syrca Store (syrcagroup.com) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our online store. By purchasing from us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Returned in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
Products not meeting the above requirements may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% of the purchase price.
NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Perishable goods (including but not limited to food and flowers).
- Intimate or sanitary goods (including but not limited to cosmetics, undergarments, and personal care items).
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- All clothing items.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Company will determine eligibility for a refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs (including original shipping, customs duties, and taxes) are non-refundable. The Customer shall bear all costs of return shipping, unless the item was delivered defective or in error.
Refunds may take 5–15 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only permitted in cases where the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly shipped.
Customers must provide written notice of the defect, including photographic evidence, within 5 days of delivery.
The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the item at its sole discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped to the address provided by the Company upon approval of the return request.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the returned item is packaged securely and shipped with tracking. The Company assumes no liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- First check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then contact your financial institution, as processing delays are common.
- If you have completed the above steps and have not received your refund, contact us at contact@syrcagroup.com.
AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase shall govern.
